Meet Recap

The boys cross country team finished 14th of 23 teams in the Gold Division (small school) at the Marion Invitational. The boys had a great day as they started to bring their times down. The boys were led by junior Corey Oliver who ran a season best 18:23 and finished in 30th place. Oliver was followed by senior Tristan Anderson in 19:27. Running 3rd for the Jets was freshman Alex Anderson with a new PR of 19:33. Also running a new PR was sophomore Luke Egly in 19:37. Running 5th for AC was sophomore Cayden Shaffer with a season best 19:54. Freshman Korbin Connelley set a new PR with a 20:04. Rounding out the varsity scores was freshman Kaidenn Arnold with a big improvement for his PR in 21:10. The Jets run next at the Tippy Valley Invite on Saturday.
