Meet Recap

The Boys competed a Tippecanoe Valley Invitational on Sat. September 9th. The team placed 11 of 14 teams. Several boys ran new personal bests as their times keep improving. Junior Corey Oliver made the award stand with a 24th place finish and a season best time of 18:02. Running 2nd for the Jets was freshman Alex Anderson. Anderson lowered his PR in a time of 19:22 for 59th place. Also setting a new PR was sophomore Luke Egly. Egly finished in 19:30 for 63rd place. Freshman Korbin Connelley finished in 19:50 and established a new PR as well. Connelley was followed by sophomore Cayden Shaffer who finished in 20:04. Running 6th for the Jets was freshman Kaidenn Arnold in 21:50. The boys continue to make progress each week. Their next meet is Saturday at the South Adams Invite.
