Phase 1: July 6th – July 19th

  • No formal competition
  • Only essential personnel:  No parents, siblings, media, etc.
  • Social Distancing Encouraged
  • Self Screen for COVID Symptoms
  • Bring your own, labeled water bottle/jug/thermos
  • No Locker rooms, arrive dressed for workouts

Phase 1 activity times: July 6th – July 19th

Football

  • Weights/Conditioning – M/W 6P-8P
  • 2 Activity Days – T/TH 7P-9P

Volleyball

  • 2 Activity Days – M/W 4:30P – 7:30P in the SAC, enter through door NW2
  • Condition – Friday 10A-12P, SAC

Tennis

  • 2 Activity Days – T/TH 6P-8:30P

XC

  • M-TH 7:15P-8:30P

Boys Basketball

  • 2 Activity Days – T/TH 3P-5P
  • Weights/Condition – Friday 7A-9A

Girls Basketball

  • 2 Activity Days – T/TH 6P-9P

Softball

  • 2 Activity Days – T/TH 4P-6P
