AC Athletes, do you want to improve your athleticism, core strength, speed and explosiveness? We’ve got awesome news for you!
Starting today April 5, 2021 AC will now be hosting Sports Performance workouts every Monday and Wednesday from 7-8PM. The workouts will be held all of April and May. You must have an updated physical on file to attend.
All athletes in MS and HS are invited to join us. Workouts will be in the wrestling room, enter through door NW2.
Sarah Conrad from Adams Memorial will be hosting the workouts. A special thank you to the Wrestling Club for sponsoring these events.
