Carter Steele continues to get stronger as the season wears on. He finished on the heals of Connely with a season’s best 19:23 (31st place). Jackson Shoaf lit up the coarse with a season-best 20:13, over a minute faster than his previous record. Tyler Ausland, after missing last week with an injury, crossed the line in 20:52, improving his record by over a minute. Logan Clark chopped another 22 seconds from his best with a 22:32. Andrew Schwartz finished with a 22:40 after dealing with a foot injury all week. Klayton Terrell, Even McAfee, and Klayton Arnold did not compete due to injuries. The Jets will be in action next Saturday in Huntington competing in the New Haven Classic. No spectators are allowed at this time.
