The Jets finished fourth at the Norwell Invitational, competing against twelve teams. Leading the Jets was eighth grader Carter Steele who posted a personal best time of 11:24 for fourth place. Trace Maller also ran a personal best of 11:25 for fifth place. Trevor Schwartz placed 19th in 12:00; Tyler Ausland placed 42nd at 12:38; Jackson Shoaf ran 12:53 for 51st; Taylor Pickford was 57th at 13:00; and Bryson Edgell placed 73rd with a time of 14:08. In the boys reserve race, the Jets placed sixth. Cody Ausland led the reserve team with a time of 13:04 for 17th place. Ethan Crockett placed 21st at 13:20; Vince Laukhuf placed 32nd with a time of 14:27; Logan Clark placed 35th with a time of 14:28; Jack Keller ran 15:05 for 43rd while Isaac Faurote’s personal best time of 16:28 earned him the 53rd spot. Logan Heiman finished 61st in 19:28. The Jets will compete in the Marion Invite this Saturday on Indiana Wesleyan University campus.
