The Jets finished sixth at the Norwell Invitational, competing against eight teams. Leading the Jets was seventh grader Carter Steele whose time of 12:47 earned him a 22nd finish. Next, Trace Maller placed 25th at 12:54; Trevor Schwartz placed 30th in 13:05; Trevor Currie placed 31st at 13:12; Taylor Pickford was 35th at 13:18; Tyler Ausland placed 45th with a time of 13:50; and Cody Ausland earned 55th place in 15:21. In the boys reserve race, the Jets also placed sixth. Jackson Shoaf lead the reserve team with a time of 14:41 for 20th place. Logan Clark placed 29th at 15:01; Bryson Edgell placed 41st with a time of 16:13; Ryder Hamm placed 42nd with a time of 16:16; Vince Laukhuf ran 17:25 for 44th while Wyatt McAfee ran 17:57 for 45th. Isaac Faurote ran 19:01 for 46th place. The Jets will run against Bellmont and Bluffton this Thursday on their home course.
