The Jets had a great day on the cross course at the Plex at PFW on Saturday. AC placed 16th out of 25 teams. New personal records were set by the boys. Leading the way was senior Corey Oliver who finished 68th in a time of 18:48. Placing 86th overall was freshman Jake Kaehr with a new PR of 19:06. Running 3rd for the Jets was junior Luke Egly who also had a PR in a time of 19:14. Finishing 101st was sophomore Korbin Connelley in a time of 19:29. Freshman Jadon Agler claimed the 5th varsity place for the Jets in a time of 19:46 for a new PR. Just behind Alger was junior Shuhei Kuno in a time of 19:49. Rounding out the Jets varsity scoring was junior Kaleb Peace with a season-best time of 21:14. Junior Waleed Ahmed ran a 23:30. The Jets will be back in action this coming Saturday as Adams Central hosts the ACAC Conference Championship meet.
