Highlight of the day at Sectionals was Brianna Cook’s win in the 1 meter diving. In the process, she broke the school’s 11 dive record previously set by Marissa Tupai in 2016. The previous record was 301.20 and the new record is 317.85. Congratulations Brianna and good luck at Regionals on Tuesday!!

Three seniors finished out their swim career on Saturday. Megan Carrico qualified for the finals in all 4 of her events. She broke her own record in the 200 free with her qualifying time from Thursday of 2:08.56. Congratulations Megan!! She also swam in the 100 free, 200 free relay and 400 free relay. Grace Moser also swam in the finals for the 200 free relay and consolations for the 100 back and the 200 Medley Relay. Makenna Call was unable to swim the in the finals, but swam in the consolation for the 200 Medley Relay after having great swims on Thursday!
